The Women’s Dutch National team is partially recognized by the governing body of baseball, the Koninklijke Nederlandse Base- en Softball Bond (Royal Dutch Base- and Softball Federation). This means that the KNBSB does acknowledge the existence of the team, but it will not cover any of the expenses for international tournaments. This being said, the KNBSB did make a minor contribution in order for us to purchase game- and training balls and two new bats. As the KNBSB doesn’t consider the Women’s Baseball Team an A-level team, the rest of the expenses will be the responsibility for the players of the Women’s Baseball Team. Therefore we have to rely on people their generosity in order to keep the expenses manageable.

In order to process your contribution safely we rely on the Dutch service ‘Tikkie’.
Tikkie is an initiative of several Dutch banks in order to make transactions faster and safer. However, Tikkie is only limited to people who possess a Dutch bank account.
